How to get there.
From Adelaide take the SE freeway and turn south at Monarto onto the Ferries McDonald Rd. Travel 10km, passing the Monarto CP on the way, to come to the northern boundary of this Mallee park.
At the time of writing, six pairs of Malleefowl make their home in this park.
There are several tracks which it is recommended visitors follow as the undergrowth is very thick through most areas.
Purple-gaped & White-eared Honeyeaters, plus Southern Scrub Robin and Painted Button-Quail are some of the species which can be seen.
